Women's Neurology: Bridging Sex-Specific Gaps in Brain Health

 

Dr. Hayley Faye Thornton

Dr. Hayley Thornton is a general neurologist who completed her medical degree and residency at the University of Calgary. She holds an MSc in neuroendocrinology from the University of Calgary for research focused on the role of sex steroids in hypothalamic development, and she is CSCN-certified in EEG interpretation. Dr. Thornton is currently completing a fellowship in Women’s Neurology at the University of Toronto, specializing in obstetrical and menopause neurology, along with hormone prescribing.
